Architectural Review Board

 

The purpose of the Architectural Review Board is to ensure that your planned improvement complies with the requirements found in the Declaration of Covenants and that they enhance both your property as well as the community at large and that they in no way inconvenience your fellow Home Owners. If you any have questions please contact the Chairman of the Architectural Review Board.

All exterior modifications to your home must be approved by the Steeplechase Architectural Review Board (ARB).
